They are perfect for bakers and chocolatiers who require a high-quality, organic, free-from or vegan chocolate ingredient. This chocolate is supplied in a tempered drop format that can be melting and re-tempered. Due to the quality and high-cocoa content, this free-from alternative to milk chocolate will temper similar to a dark chocolate.
