What inspired you to start doing what you do?: A love of baking since childhood and the opportunity to share amazing vegan bakes with the world! I've experienced how difficult it can be to find great vegan food so I love that I can provide amazing options for not just vegans but different intolerances and allergies.
What is your signature bake / cake / chocolate creation? : I love the Cake Cookie collection I created - 6 classic cakes reimagined in cookie form, including Chocolate fudge and Red Velvet.

Would you say most of your customers are vegan?: A lot are buying for friends/family who are vegan or have dairy allergies.
What's your favourite Saturday night dinner or take away? : There's a fully vegan chinese local to me called Bamboo and it's amazing!!
Dream holiday destination? : A road trip around some of the US Southern States!
