What inspired you to start doing what you do?:  worked my whole life as an accountant and the last company I worked for went bust. I decided I couldn’t bear to go back to the 9-5 life so started up my vegan baking business. My Ma always used to bake with us when we were young and I’ve enjoyed baking with my kids so that’s where my inspiration came from!

What is your signature bake / cake / chocolate creation? : Vegan Creme Eggs & my cakes
